Community Participation Agreement
1. Community Purpose
The Community is a voluntary, self-paced space for peer support, connection, and informal discussion among
OnlineHealthBridge students and alumni. It is not actively moderated by School staff.
2. Membership Duration
Access is free for enrolled students for a period of 12 months from the date of course enrollment. Continued access
beyond this period may require a paid subscription. The School reserves the right to end or limit access at the end of the
free period without notice.
3. Independent Participation
The Community is not actively monitored or supervised by the School. All conversations are peer-based and
unmoderated. The School does not provide official support, conflict resolution, or instructional services within the
Community.
4. Code of Conduct
All participants agree to: Treat others with respect and professionalism, refrain from sharing protected health information
(PHI) or personal medical stories, avoid hate speech, harassment, threats, or illegal content, and not advertise, solicit, or
promote external services without written approval. Violations may result in immediate removal from the Community.
5. No Liability
Online Health Bridge LLC is not responsible for: The accuracy, quality, or safety of content posted by other members,
outcomes of advice, opinions, or interactions within the Community, or any emotional, professional, or financial harm
resulting from participation.
6. Privacy
Posts may be visible to other members. The School is not responsible for screenshots, third-party use, or unauthorized
sharing. Members should use discretion in what they choose to post or disclose.Community Participation Agreement
7. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Online Health Bridge LLC, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any
claims, damages, losses, or liabilities related to their participation in the Community.
8. No Academic Credit or Course Replacement
Community participation does not count toward course hours, clinical requirements, or certification. It is not a substitute
for live instruction, assignments, or official content.
9. Intellectual Property Protection
All course content, platform structure, and branding are the property of Online Health Bridge LLC. Participants may not
reuse, replicate, or distribute any materials without written consent.
10. No Health or Career Guarantees
The Community offers no guarantees related to employment, licensure, clinical placement, or health outcomes. Peer
advice should not replace professional medical or academic guidance.
11. No Refunds for Community Access
If a participant subscribes to the Community beyond the free access period, all payments are non-refundable. No
exceptions.
12. No Representation of the School
Participants may not present themselves as representatives, staff, or official voices of Online Health Bridge LLC in or
outside of the Community.
13. Content Removal Rights
The School may remove any post, comment, or user account at its discretion, with or without cause or notice.Community Participation Agreement
14. No Third-Party Affiliation
The Community is an internal feature of Online Health Bridge LLC. Any external groups or pages using similar names
are not affiliated with or endorsed by the School.
15. Agreement Subject to Change
This Agreement may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Community implies acceptance of the most current
version.
16. Community Data Use
Anonymous usage data may be collected for analytics and platform improvement. No personal or identifiable information
will be shared or sold.
17. Platform Disclaimer
The Community is hosted via a third-party platform. The School is not liable for technical issues, outages, or platform
changes.
18. Participant Age Requirement
Members must be at least 18 years of age or the legal adult age in their jurisdiction to participate in the Community.
19. Community Is a Privilege, Not a Right
Access is a courtesy benefit, not an entitlement. The School may revoke or restrict access at its sole discretion.
20. Enforcement and Violations
Violations of this Agreement may result in temporary or permanent removal from the Community. The School is not

21. Participant Agreement Statement
By accessing or participating in the OnlineHealthBridge Community, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and
agree to all the terms of this Agreement.
